The Creekside House
Creekside is the newest farmhouse, built in 2020 by Richard, his son Jake, and his friends. The home is a beautiful example of "modern farmhouse" that utilizes vintage repurposed wood beams, planking, antique elements, and a massive wrap around porch.. This house was definitely a labor of love and accommodates 18 guests comfortably when the main house and the basement apartment are both rented.
The main home (top two levels) offers a large open floor plan for the living area, large kitchen, and dining area. The laundry room is located off of the dining room past the half bath. The main level also features a master king suite with a huge master bathroom. The upstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed along with a set of bunk beds. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen size bed.
The basement apartment is very large and comfortably appointed. It is also the ideal space for anyone who may have mobility concerns because the entrance is ground level at the back of the home. The apartment offers an open floor plan with an ample kitchen, living room with pull out queen bed, and dining area. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a full bath, laundry room, and walk out patio with seating.
The home does have television, WiFi, firepit with wood, grill, and many additional amenities.
The main home rents for $450.00 per night with a one time cleaning fee of $200.00.
The apartment rents for $250.00 per night with a one time cleaning fee of $100.00. The main home must be rented in order to be able to rent the apartment.
